This is an Art Trade with *Verdokai, drawn to the theme The Price of Humility, which is a part of an eight theme Art Trade series we've got going on (I have one each with three of my friends, in case you didn't know )

The characters are my Eriath/Elweriath (the white haired one) and her Serai (the one with black hair). And yes, Eriath and Elweriath are two different personalities within the same body, and it would be quite incorrect to only write one of their names

The theme in question is, as you might realise, more focused on Serai, who's the bitch in the relationship. Not because he's weak or anything like that - he would be able to kick Elweriath's ass in most situations - but because he's in love... and quite humble, yes.
Eriath/Elweriath are mean enough to use that to their advantage, yes, because they're selfish and evil like that, and... well... Serai doesn't struggle.
He's willing to be pushed around in order to be able to stay with the person he's in love with...

Eriath/Elweriath is, by the way, my oldest character created for roleplay. Zeithan and the lot were, after all, created for a written story, not roleplay.
That also means that Eriath/Elweriath's appearance, personality - including the split - was decided by dice...
He is also the second character I've refused to play during a period of time because he was such an asshole (Seiran being the first, naturally). He was actually too evil, even for me, yes...
I got past that though, when I started finding weak spots and such

Sooooo... coloured pencils... and a pretty simple background. The only way I could justify that to myself was to make that light effect... and I kinda like it
It made it more interesting at least.

And my brown pen is dying... and they're stopped making that hue. I'm doomed.
